Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use easybuyrw.com, the EasyBuy app, the Seller Center or the rider app run by EasyBuy Rwanda (“EasyBuy”). By using EasyBuy you agree to them.

Shopping on EasyBuy

• We deliver within Kigali. Delivery prices and times are shown at checkout before you order.
• Prices are in Rwandan francs (RWF). You can pay with Mobile Money (when available) or cash on delivery.
• Please check your order when it arrives. If something is wrong or damaged, contact us as soon as possible and we will help.
• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong; any payment made will be refunded.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud or abuse.

Selling on EasyBuy

• Sellers must give true shop details and sell only genuine, legal products that they have the right to sell.
• Product photos, descriptions, prices and stock must be accurate and kept up to date. EasyBuy may review, hide or remove any product.
• Orders must be ready for pickup promptly. EasyBuy riders collect items and deliver them to customers.
• EasyBuy charges the commission shown in the Seller Center on each sale. Earnings become available after the order is delivered and are paid to the seller’s Mobile Money number on request.
• EasyBuy may suspend or close a shop that breaks these terms or receives repeated complaints.

Limits

We work hard to keep EasyBuy available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free. To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
